Fair-use TL;DR: Use the site for your own studies. Don't share your login or scrape the content. Cancel anytime. UK A-Level and Edexcel IAL specs both fall under the same terms.

1. Who we are

alevelmathrevision.com is operated by Pete Bromfield (UK sole trader). Contact: pbromfield@alevelmathrevision.com.

2. What you can do

Use the site for personal study, or teach with it if you hold a school licence.
Print worksheets for your own classroom (any pack that shows a print button).
Share the marketing site links freely — alevelmathrevision.com is public.

3. What you can't do

Share your login. One paid seat = one student. Teacher licences are per-teacher.
Scrape or bulk-download the question banks or mark schemes.
Re-publish our questions or mark schemes on other sites without written permission.
Use the AI features to abuse other users' quotas (rate limits apply per-account).

4. Payments & refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our refund policy for details.

5. Independence

This site is independent. It's not affiliated with Pearson Edexcel, AQA, OCR, or any exam board. Board names are used only to describe the syllabus covered.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but the site is provided as-is. If Firebase or Stripe has an outage we obviously can't fix that. Prolonged outages get proportional credit on request.

7. Changes

If we change these terms in any material way we'll email everyone with an active account 14 days before the change takes effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
